AAG UK has just completed the acquisition of Shepshed Auto Spares LTD, an existing member of GROUPAUTO.
Shepshed Auto Spares is a three-branch LV business based in Shepshed, Matlock and Tamworth – with sales of c£9.8m and 104 employees.
The relevant teams are currently working on updating the account details for this acquisition.
