AAG UK has just completed the acquisition of Coulthard Motor Factors LTD and Commercial Vehicle Components (CVC) Luton Ltd.
Coulthard is a single branch LV business based in Bishop Auckland with sales of c£1m and 8 employees and an existing GROUPAUTO member.

CVC is a single branch CV business based in Luton with sales c£1.6m and 10 employees and an existing UAN member.

The relevant teams are currently working on updating account details for the most recent acquisition.
