Alliance Automotive Group UK&IE announces acquisition of Mayday (Auto Spares) Ltd & Car-L-Parts Ltd

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Mayday (Auto Spares) Limited and Car-L-Parts Limited.

Mayday is a single-store LV business based in Totton. It has 9 employees and is an existing member of the United Aftermarket Network (UAN) Trading Group.

Car-L-Parts is an LV business and operates from two stores based in Monaghan & Dundalk, Ireland, with 16 employees.
