Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of EBC Motor Factors Ltd; an existing member of the United Aftermarket buying group.
The business is a two branch LV business based in Brighton and Uckfield with sales of c£1.0m and 13 employees.
