Alliance Automotive Group UK&I has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Direct Auto Parts Ltd (DAP) and Car Parts Warehouse Ltd (CPW).

DAP is a single branch LV business based in Barking with sales of c£2.6m and 13 employees. It is an existing member of the PDP buying group.

CPW is a single branch LV business based in Galway, Republic of Ireland, with sales of c€1.7m and 7 employees. It is not affiliated with any trading group.
