WEDNESDAY 5TH OCTOBER 2022
Contractor Build Phase – ONE DAY (Halls A and B, 1pm – 9:45pm)
- Access is limited to appointed stand contractors only along with show vehicle installations (please see below)
- No exhibitor load in of merchandise is permitted today
- Please refer to the Contractor Information Pack (CIP) for more detailed information. CDM regulations apply. Please note, if you have appointed a bespoke stand builder for your unit, you MUST ensure they have the Contractors Information Pack.
Vehicle Exhibitors (Entrance via Loading Bay 3) - Vehicle exhibitors must arrive at the venue on Wednesday 5th October 2022 ready to be called in to the hall at 12 noon.
THURSDAY 6TH OCTOBER 2022
Exhibitor preparation day (Halls A and B, 8am -7pm)
- The preparation/set-up day for exhibitors will take place from 8am to 7pm on Thursday 6th October 2022
- If you intend to arrive after 5pm, please let us know in advance
- No stand contractor builds permitted on this day
From 7pm – Informal buffet dinner at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, Hall C (walking distance from the hotels)
FRIDAY 7TH OCTOBER 2022
The Garage Show (Halls A, B & C, ECL 8:30am to 3:30pm)
- Exhibitors will have access from 8:00am. Delegates will arrive from 08.30am
- The Garage Show 2022 is open to garages and workshops from the AutoCare, United Garage Services and Top Truck networks, and their motor factors. Breakdown after the show (4pm – 9:45pm)
- Break down commences from 4pm once all delegates have left the hall.
